Piglet pricing

We do not set the prices for our piglets until they are old enough for us to determine their quality and decide whether they meet breed standards to go on as breeders or if they are better suited as companions or grow outs. Occasionally, we will offer discounts if you are purchasing multiple piglets or if we would like to move a few before new litters come in. At our farm, we put a lot of time, effort and money into our stock. We do not sell cheap unregistered pigs. The market is currently flooded with those. We want to do our part to help preserve this wonderful breed for future generations. All of our piglets will come with some form of AKKPS registration along with a contract and lifetime breeder support.  

Below is an example of our typical price range.

Breeding quality female/gilt 550-600

Breeding quality male/boar 500

Companion females - This is something we rarely do. I typically keep them for myself as grow outs, but will consider if we have a smaller female and there are specific circumstances. 250-400

Barrows 200-250

Trades - We are open to considering trades from like minded breeders. I’m casually looking for a quality AKKPS solid brown boar from lines that I do not currently own.

Shipping is not included in the price of the piglet. If our schedule allows we might be able to deliver to you or agree to meet part of the way, but it is at the buyers expense.
